I started RYQ from reclaiming my own Queendom.
After making some poor choices in my personal life, and as a Life Coach listening to all the stories from different women, hearing how they had given their power away, forgetting how amazing and extraordinary they are and remembering how I pulled myself out of toxic situations, I decided to share how I regained my power at this extraordinary, sacred healing event.
After doing the self-healing work RYQ was birthed as I started
- forgiving myself
- stepping into my greatness
- owning my crown
- falling back in love with myself
- womb cleansing
- lovingly cutting cords with unhealthy soul ties
In my journey of reclamation, I discovered that I did not have a routine after a break-up, or a traumatic situation and neither did most of the people I came in contact with. When we go from relationship to relationship without cleansing our wombs and lovingly cutting cords from pass situations, we go through a cycle of choosing improper partners, staying in relationships that do not serve our highest good and so much more. At RYQ I take you through a powerful life coaching segment. We also pray, meditate, set our intentions, and I guide you through a powerful womb cleansing activity which helps you release old toxic connections soul ties, trauma and reclaim the life and woman you were created to be.
It’s time Queens. You deserve it. Once you go through this experience, you begin to let go of fear- start the business-attract the King-sleep in peace-attract great friends-develop a healthier appetite and SO MUCH MORE.
